Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and verify shipments against documents.
Prepare, review, and file shipping/receiving paperwork accurately.
Maintain basic shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members about deliveries.
Follow safety, security, and housekeeping procedures; monitor dock boards under supervision.
Assist onboarding of new associates with standard practices.
