Job summary

Technoform North America is seeking a Shipping / Receiving & Finishing Team Member for 1st shift (8am - 4:30pm). The role involves preparing and shipping custom plastic profiles, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining inventory with ISO-compliant records.

You will handle finishing operations, perform cycle counts, and drive 5S and safety initiatives. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, forklift capability, strong Excel/Word skills, and a teamwork mindset with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• Min 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to drive a forklift or pass certification.
• Work with light packaging equipment.
• Willingness to learn and operate light hand tools.
• Team-based environment experience.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed and customer focused.
• Math aptitude for calculations.
• Able to sit and/or stand for long periods.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to travel (1–2 visits/year).
• Experience with quality control and ISO.
• Prior Inventory Management experience.
• Prior Shipping/Receiving and Material Handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship custom plastic profiles for customer shipments.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks using tow motor.
• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments using Excel.
• Complete weekly and monthly cycle counts on selected inventory.
• Update and maintain physical and perpetual inventory using inventory management systems.
• Maintain records and documentation per ISO and process requirements.
• Support fulfillment of materials to production stations, stocking packaging materials and removing finished goods to prepare for shipment or put in inventory.
• Focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Operate finishing machine for processing and preparation of custom plastic profiles.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on finishing equipment.
• Measure parts using calipers.
• Maintain clean and organized work area through 5S.
• Communicate with other team members to maintain quality, operational, efficiency and safety metrics.
