Job summary

Eaton's ES GDCO division is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join the Worcester, MA team. The position pays $25.00 per hour and operates 7:00am-3:30pm, with duties including unloading, material transport, and carrier coordination.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, exporting documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year warehouse or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Relocation not offered; Worcester, MA within 50 miles preferred.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Unload completed product from final assembly lines to staging in shipping.
• Operate conveyors or forklift to move materials and stage shipments.
• Coordinate carriers and arrange ocean shipping with government documentation.
• Prepare export documents and perform routine transportation quotations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with daily cycle counts and root-cause reporting.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental rules; collaborate cross-functionally.
