Renovation Brands in Leominster, MA is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate. The role involves packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory duties in a production environment with a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule, Monday to Friday. The position offers hourly pay of $18.00–$19.00 depending on experience.

The candidate will handle picking, packing, staging, and labeling, ensure accurate shipments, and maintain inventory control while supporting warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related work experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Familiarity with freight industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Examine contents and verify accuracy of shipments.
• Perform final visual inspection before freight departure.
• Document shortages and coordinate with staff on issues.
• Prepare inventory worksheets when applicable.
• Orchestrate daily shipping timetable with carriers.
• Prepare items to be shipped: picking, packing, labeling.
• Use hand truck and other equipment to move shipments.
• Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness.
