Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our Roseville, MN team. You will receive shipments, verify quantities, inspect items, and prepare orders for dispatch while coordinating with carriers and maintaining accurate packing documentation.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse equipment. Prior Labcorp experience is a plus, but no degree is required for this entry-level role.

Qualifications

• No experience or education required.
• Preferred Labcorp experience.
• 1+ years in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or defects
• Unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand carts
• Label, tag, and barcode incoming inventory
• Record receipts in warehouse management or inventory systems
• Route materials to appropriate storage locations or departments
• Communicate discrepancies or damages to supervisors or vendors
• Pick, pack, and stage orders according to shipping schedules
• Verify order accuracy before shipment
• Prepare shipping documentation such as bills of landing and packing lists
• Load outbound shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery
• Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
