Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Courier to join our Roseville, MN team. Work schedule is 2nd shift, Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–7:30pm, with a 10% shift differential. You will load supplies, perform daily pickups, and deliver items to the branch while handling specimens safely.

Preferred candidates have Labcorp experience, along with 2+ years in courier or route-based delivery within medical or laboratory settings, and experience with handheld devices or dispatch tools. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• No experience or education required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime flexibility.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift.
• Handle all specimens and lab samples safely.
• Safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws.
• Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups.
• Work directly with dispatcher for additional pickups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes and weather conditions.

Job Responsibilities

• Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups
• Complete daily pick up schedule in a timely manner
• Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift

• Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks up

Minimum Qualifications

• No experience or education required

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or Prior Labcorp experience
• 2 or more years of professional courier or route‑based delivery experience within a medical or laboratory company.
• 1 or more years of experience handling medical specimens or supporting hospital / laboratory operations
• 2 or more years of experience using handheld delivery‑management devices or route optimization tools, such as scanners, GPS‑based routing software, or dispatch applications

Additional Job Standards

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Punctual with strong time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to problem solve customer issues
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
