Job summary

Proto Labs is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate I for an onsite role in Rosemount, MN, Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm. The position entails unloading, inspecting, stocking, and preparing shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.

You will use AX and X-carrier systems and collaborate with the Logistics team in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, warehouse and dock experience, familiarity with metalworking shop tools, and strong English

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience and dock experience.
• Experience with power tools used in metalworking shops.
• Able to read and write in English and work safely with sharp tools.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect incoming shipments.
• Verify accuracy of received items against packing lists.
• Organize and store stock in designated areas for efficiency.
• Process and prepare outgoing domestic parcel shipments (AX, X-carrier).
• Pick, pack, and label items for shipping.
• Generate shipping labels and documentation (X-carrier system).
• Maintain organized records and complete shipping/receiving forms.
