Adecco is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Hamilton, OH to support our customer’s quality-driven logistics operations. The role emphasizes inspections, SAP transactions, and precise packaging to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time shipping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Shipping/Receiving experience and/or 3-5 years of QA/QC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and shop orders.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures.
• Proficiency with SAP (or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Receive, verify, and process incoming and outgoing materials, including SAP transactions and shipping documentation.
• Generate Quality Notifications (QNs) and manage nonconforming materials, including quarantine and escalation procedures.
• Pick, pack, ship, and coordinate logistics while ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and regulatory compliance.

Pay Details:

$24.00 per hour
