PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support warehouse and production operations. You will be responsible for receiving, tracking, staging, and shipping materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material flow throughout the facility.

This role emphasizes hands-on work, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with a pay rate of $18.75 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and more.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and routine inventory audits.
• Use inventory management systems to track materials and stock levels.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production and shipment.
• Ensure materials are available to support production schedules.
• Maintain organized storage locations and warehouse layouts.
• Work closely with production and warehouse to resolve material issues.

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support warehouse and production operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, tracking, staging, and shipping materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material flow throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality

• Maintain accurate inventory records

Pay Details: $18.75 per hour
