C&Y Global Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to weigh inbound materials, enter data, and handle settlements with suppliers. The role requires bilingual Chinese and English communication and strong data-entry skills.

In this full-time position, you will coordinate with the logistics team on inbound and outbound shipments and support accounting on supplier payments. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $70,000 annually, DOE, with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree required.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in data entry with minimal errors.

Responsabilités

• Weigh and record weight of all material entering warehouse.
• Generate and send settlements to all suppliers.
• Enter weight, description, and pictures into company database.
• Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments.
• Coordinate with accounting regarding supplier payments.
• Address supplier concerns as they arise.
• Ensure correct labels on inbound material.
• Organize and file paperwork in a timely manner.
• Plan containers and perform quality control.
• Prepare packing lists and invoices for customers.
• Coordinate with overseas shipping team on outbound materials.
• Assist logistics with outbound shipments when needed.

Position: Shipping & Receiving Specialist - (Computer skills needed for this job)

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay: $45K to $70K/Annual Salary -- DOE

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Weigh and record weight of all material entering warehouse.


• Generate and send settlements to all suppliers.


• Enter weight, description, and pictures of inbound material into company database.


• Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments.


• Communicate with accounting regarding supplier payment.


• Answer supplier concerns as they arise.


• Ensure correct labels are properly placed on all inbound material.


• Organize and accurately file paperwork in a timely manner.


• Plan containers and do Quality control.


• Complete packing list and invoice to customer.


• Communicate with shipping team (overseas) about outbound materials.


• Assist logistics team to coordinate outbound shipments as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or college degree


• Bilingual in Chinese + English


• Must be proficient in data entry with minimal errors, and detail-oriented


• Can work under high time pressure, and keep high work quality under minimum supervision


• Well-organized, initiative, strong sense of responsibility


• Advanced computer skills included Microsoft suites


• Excellent communication skills


• Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check
