ATACO Steel Products Corp is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support daily shipping and receiving operations in Cedarburg, WI. The role requires loading/unloading trucks, preparing shipments, and entering data into the company system with attention to accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities include loading and unloading, verification of shipments, packing, labeling, and maintaining an organized receiving area while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks to prepare materials and products for shipment.
• Verify shipments to ensure correct materials, quantities, and documentation.
• Perform packing and crating of materials to ensure safe transportation.
• Apply proper tagging, labeling, and handling instructions for outgoing shipments.
• Secure and brace materials within trailers to prevent damage during transport.
• Unload incoming trucks and inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Receive materials into the computer system and complete required documentation.
• Move materials throughout the facility using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Maintain an organized shipping and receiving area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor or management.
