Job summary

Atec Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate to handle the shipment and receipt of products in a timely and accurate manner.

You will coordinate with internal teams and service providers, unpack shipments, compare packing lists, and ensure adherence to AS9100/ISO policies. The role requires forklift operation certification, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx portals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1 year of experience or combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret written instruction.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in shipping/receiving.
• Knowledge of carrier procedures (UPS/FedEx) and shipping documentation.
• Must be able to become forklift certified and maintain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with potential extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal departments and service providers involved in shipment and receipt of products.
• Unpacks delivered shipments and compares packing lists to purchase orders.
• Inspects quantities and determines damage.
• Coordinate activities for US and international shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with carriers to pick up shipments and maintain records.
