Job summary

Modern Industries seeks a warehouse associate in Phoenix to verify shipments, prepare packing lists, and manage inventory with forklift experience. You will handle receiving, shipping documents, and labeling while maintaining accurate locations and cycle counts.

Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor/MII) and Docuware is a plus. Must have basic computer skills and be able to lift up to 30 lbs daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0–1 year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to read and follow packing lists and ERP docs.

Responsibilities

• Verifies information on incoming and outgoing shipments per PO requirements.
• Counts, weighs, and compares items to packing list and PO requirements.
• Determines shipping method per customer requirements and tools.
• Packages products and applies shipping labels accurately.
• Prepares receiving and shipping documents timely and accurately.
• Maintains inventory location and assists with cycle counting.
• Operates forklift safely and as needed.
• Performs other duties assigned by management.
