Job summary

Würth Industry North America in Bondurant, IA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping with precision and safety.

You will operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment, verify quantities, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate labeling and documentation while upholding clean, organized work areas. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years material handling/warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker, or hand truck; must pass forklift training and certification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software and/or Integrated Logistics Solutions a plus.
• Ability to read/interpret training instructions, shipping tickets and manuals at a fast pace.
• Lifting up to 80 pounds occasionally; 40-60 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand/walk 8-10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and verify incoming freight.
• Stock, pack, and fill orders accurately for shipping.
• Verify product quantity and correct stocking locations.
• Prioritize and fulfill orders using warehouse equipment.
• Label bags/boxes and prepare shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
