Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Warehouse Clerk in Olive Branch, MS. This onsite position supports a fast-paced distribution center environment and requires forklift operation, inventory handling, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will handle BOL preparation, pallet handling, and coordinating with dispatch while maintaining safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse/distribution experience.
• 1 year forklift driving experience with Order Picker/Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, Reach Truck, Dock Stocker.
• Onsite role.
• Must be a self-starter and a team player.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Able to read and match numbers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to train new associates in the department's processes during high volume periods.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOL for outgoing Trailers.
• Partner with Yard Dispatch on trailer moves and issue resolution.
• Research exceptions in PKMS and disposition per guidelines.
• Receive Corrugate (PKMS) and Bar Code pallets.
• Assist with unloading and storing shipping supplies.
• Assist with scanning packages and resolving issues on the line.
• Assist with supplying packaging with daily shipping supplies.
