Zusammenfassung

Lennox International is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time within our Parts Distribution Center. You will verify shipments, manage warehouse system transactions, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety rules, product labels, and shipping/receiving documents.
• Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and use barcode scanners, warehouse management systems, enterprise resource planning systems, computers, and other job-related technology.

Aufgaben

• Process inbound receipts and outbound shipments in accordance with established procedures and schedules.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, condition, labels, and shipping or receiving documentation.
• Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, labels, manifests, and other required shipment records.
• Coordinate dock appointments and carrier activity and communicate shipment status or delays.
• Complete timely and accurate transactions in the warehouse management or ERP system.
• Research and resolve routine shipment, documentation, and inventory discrepancies; escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain organized records and support audits, claims, returns, and compliance requirements.
• Follow safety, security, quality, and housekeeping standards in office, dock, and warehouse areas.
