Job summary

Millerbernd Manufacturing in Winsted, MN is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Operator 2 to join the Transportation & Infrastructure team. The role involves identifying components, preparing shipments, and supporting loading operations on a weekend shift with a $25.03–$29.46 per hour wage.

You will work with ERP systems to track parts and materials and ensure accuracy of paperwork. Experience in manufacturing, strong English communication, and the ability to read blueprints are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective and accurate verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform basic shop math and read required internal manufacturing paperwork.
• Ability to use tape measures and precision measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes, hoists, forklifts or other material handling equipment to move materials and products.
• Package, band, or shrink-wrap products or loads.
• Load and unload finished products on trucks.
• Follow customer shipping specifications and daily plan.
• Verify/count parts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials.
• Interpret blueprints, BOL, and documents to identify parts.
• Utilize ERP to monitor status of jobs and materials.
• Inspect deliveries and log documentation.
• Put products away in designated areas.
