Job summary

Ipsen International Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to lead a small warehouse team focused on aftermarket parts. You will oversee inbound/outbound operations, ensure safety and quality, and optimize dock workflows to meet daily shipping goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with WMS/ERP systems, and forklift operation. You will collaborate with Ipsen USA facilities to coordinate orders, inventory, and carrier scheduling, while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; some advanced education preferred.
• 2+ years shipping/receiving experience; 1+ year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Valid OSHA forklift certification required; Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and carrier/shipping platforms; Syteline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stockroom, receiving and shipping personnel.
• Develop and improve warehouse processes and procedures.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, shortages, and downtime resolution.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure ISO9001 procedures and documentation are followed.
• Train and mentor staff; manage performance and disciplinary actions.
