Job summary

Ipsen-Inc is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to lead daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations for aftermarket parts. You will manage a small team, operate material handling equipment, and optimize dock workflows to uphold safety, quality, and timely delivery. The role requires coordinating with Ipsen USA facilities, maintaining ERP records, and driving continuous improvement. This is a hands-on supervisory position with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years shipping/receiving, with 1+ year in a lead/supervisory role.
• OSHA forklift certification required; Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and carrier/shipping platforms; Syteline experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs the work of stockroom, receiving and shipping staff.
• Develops processes and instructions for stockroom, receiving and shipping operations.
• Identify and communicate parts status, shortages, and resolve material issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement productivity improvements and cost reductions.
• Monitor KPIs (productivity, accuracy, inventory levels, on-time shipping) and drive improvements.
• Oversee cycle counts and ensure ISO 9001 compliance across procedures.
