Job description

Custom Truck Equipment of North Dakota is looking to hire to fill our full time Shipping and Receiving position.

Responsibilities

• Count, weigh, or measure items in incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records.
• Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
• Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and suppliers.
• Stamp, stencil, or glue identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged item, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Operate a Forklift
• Must be able to lift 100lbs occasionally
• Other duties given by supervisor
