Valtir, LLC is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Manager for our Fort Worth, TX manufacturing facility. You will oversee shipping/receiving staff, manage inventory and ensure on‑time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing shipping and 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, with strong problem‑solving and ERP/Microsoft Office skills. You’ll lead a fast‑paced team in a heavy industrial environment and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shipping role.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems using technical knowledge and creativity.
• Proficiency with computer literacy and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of safety and quality policies/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct a team, including hiring, training and scheduling Shipping and Receiving Admins.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with inventory management to maintain stock levels.
• Direct employees to meet quality and on-time delivery goals.
• Monitor team productivity and provide performance feedback and mentorship.
• Ensure safety, quality processes are followed at all times.
• Aim for optimal utilization of personnel and resources to meet organizational goals.
• Serve as a communication bridge between employees and upper management.
• Motivate staff by resolving issues and making sound decisions.
• Utilize ERP tools to ensure outbound loads are packed and shipped timely.
