Job summary

Vander-Bend, a division of Vantedge Medical, is seeking a Shipping Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations at our Stockton facility. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and leadership of the logistics team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supervisory shipping role, strong ERP skills (JobBoss, SAP), forklift certification, and excellent communication. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented, safety-conscious mindset and collaborative

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
3+ years of supervisory experience in shipping/receiving or logistics.
In-depth knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and inventory control.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Forklift certification and operation of material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily shipping and receiving activities and manage inventory levels.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to prioritize tasks and ensure timely order processing.
Develop and enforce safety protocols for a secure work environment.
Train, mentor, and evaluate shipping/receiving team members to drive continuous improvement.
Create and maintain SOPs for shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
Utilize inventory management software to track shipments and generate reports.
