Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or related field.
• Supervisory or management experience within a warehouse.
• 5–10 years forklift experience, including heavy equipment 10,000–20,000 lbs.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping docs, receiving procedures, and warehouse safety.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar.
• Ability to coordinate inbound/outbound freight, manage priorities, ensure on-time shipments.
• Leadership history with training and developing team members.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizing skills.
