Job summary

PacMin Studios is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Lead to manage daily shipping and receiving operations, lead a small team, and coordinate domestic and international orders. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in shipping/logistics, an associate degree, and strong communication skills.

Experience with M2M ERP and forklifts is preferred. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in California.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain.
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations and schedules.
• Lead team huddles and coordinate with departments.
• Process domestic and international orders via approved carriers.
• Send daily shipment notifications and reports.
• Manage freight quotes with suppliers and partners.
• Maintain ERP orders and weekly cycle counts.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized shipping area (5S).
