Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule outbound loads with sales and production.
• Determine loading order and placement of product.
• Verify shipping documents and record discrepancies.
• Set up loads for common carriers with outside freight companies.
• Coordinate routing of orders and dispatch with delivery instructions.
• Ensure paperwork meets DOT regulations and company procedures.
• Document shortages on orders and inform sales/admin.
• Handle tracing/expediting orders.
• Maintain documentation of incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Assist loading/unloading material as needed.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
• Perform other duties as required.
