ServiceSource, Inc. in Lebanon County, PA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage outbound shipments and coordinate incoming goods. You will supervise dock operations, verify manifests, and maintain accurate records while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2 years in shipping/receiving, and forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. This is a hands-on warehouse role with lifting up to 55 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• 2 years of shipping/receiving clerk or dock supervisor experience preferred.
• Forklift certified or able to pass within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and update outbound quantities.
• Coordinate inventory and space availability with the Shipping Bay team.
• Verify outbound shipments against manifests, invoices, or DA Form 3161.
• Review ASNs and authorize transport clearance codes.
• Ensure outbound shipments are properly packaged, palletized, and loaded.
• Prepare and maintain records of goods shipped and received.
• Direct order fill crews at dock and staging lanes.
• Coordinate with Medium Truckdrivers on route manifests and seals.
• Move and lift items up to 55 pounds; perform other duties as assigned.
