Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist in planning, scheduling, and managing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping/receiving raw materials and finished goods, and maintaining inventory records.

You will lead daily warehouse and shipping operations, measure department effectiveness, and help improve safety, quality, and efficiency through updated procedures and CI initiatives. Equal opportunity employer, with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Forklift Certification.
• Yard Truck Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the daily operations of the warehouse and shipping areas.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of the department.
• Assist in establishing or adjusting work procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective equipment and devices required, per STW documentation.
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Opportunity

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and managing of a wide variety of warehouse activities including, shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead and assist in the daily operations of the warehouse and shipping areas.
• 2. Measure and report on the effectiveness of the department.
• 3. Assist in establishing or adjusting work procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• 4. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
• 5. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• 6. Other duties as assigned
