Menasha Corporation seeks a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations, shipping, receiving and inventory control in Bardstown, KY.

You will maintain safety, quality, and efficiency, participate in CI and 5S initiatives, and collaborate with teams to optimize processes, using forklift and yard truck equipment as certified.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Forklift Certification.
• Yard Truck Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and assist in the daily operations of the warehouse and shipping areas.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of the department.
• Assist in establishing or adjusting work procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective equipment and devices as required, following STW documentation when applicable.
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Opportunity

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and managing of a wide variety of warehouse activities including, shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the daily operations of the warehouse and shipping areas.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of the department.
• Assist in establishing or adjusting work procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned
