Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a warehouse worker in Greenville, TX to load/unload goods, move materials, and support inventory and CI efforts. The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and forklift certification, with 1–3 years of related experience. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet business needs.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work safely in a production environment are essential as you contribute to on-time shipments and accurate inventories.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, components and finished goods to assigned locations.

• Ensure materials are identified and stored/shipped per procedures.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventories.
• Stock and issue materials as needed.
• Work safely using required PPE and follow CI/5S practices.
• Collaborate with team and other roles to ensure smooth operations.

About The Opportunity

Load and unload finished goods and incoming materials ensuring finished goods are properly packaged and meet customer requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Move raw materials, components and finished goods to their assigned locations.
2. Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, including verification of quantity and quality of all shipments.
3. Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification and suitability for storage/shipment.
4. Participate in all physical inventories.
5. Perform cycle counts of various products, components and supplies, as needed.
6. Stock and issue materials as needed.
7. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
8. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
9. Other duties as assigned
