Job summary

Stryker in Redmond, WA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations by coordinating receipt, processing, storage and shipment of materials including medical equipment. The role includes handling incoming/outgoing shipments, processing orders and returns, and maintaining accurate inventory to enable timely fulfillment.

You will work Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with occasional overtime, use RF scanners and shipping software, and uphold safety and quality

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping environment.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and shipping software.
• Knowledge of 5S visual control methods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments with documentation and system transactions.
• Pick and stage materials for orders, including loaner and evaluation equipment.
• Prepare and ship orders domestically and internationally.
• Process returns including decontamination and RTI evaluations.
• Conduct inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Organize storage and Kanban replenishment for production needs.
• Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, and shipping software following safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
