• Prepare documents such as bills of lading
• Communicate with order management and factory representatives to meet customer delivery dates
• Pack, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for transport
• Contact carrier representatives to arrange transport
• Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise; verify documents, prepare merchandise, move merchandise to the appropriate area, and handle customer pick-ups
• Assign, tag, and store received inventory to proper location
• Receive parts to stock from external suppliers
• Ensure products are properly packed and labeled
• Maintain a safe and clean working area
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
