Job summary

O’Neil Digital Solutions, LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving (Mail Scanner) Expeditor for the 2nd shift. You will package, weigh and label printed materials for shipping by mail, FedEx, DHL or UPS, and perform image scanning with record documentation.

The role requires basic computer and Excel skills, and may involve operating pallet jacks or a forklift. Experience with mail software and barcode systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must read and interpret operation instructions.
• Experience with shipping systems is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assembles specified number of items and cartons as indicated by instructions.
• Attaches shipping labels and instructions onto packages.
• Provides required reports and shipping logs.
• Processes outgoing shipments in computerized shipping systems.
• Communicates with the Shipping Manager about the company’s needs and requirements.
• Creates and ensures the accuracy of packing slips.
• Performs routine quality control on print and postal files to ensure specifications are met.
• Safely operates lift trucks or pallet jacks to move shipments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
