Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions is seeking a Shipping Expeditor I for the 1st shift in Plano, TX. You will package, weigh, and label printed materials for shipping via FedEx, DHL, or UPS according to instructions.

The role requires basic computer skills, forklift/pallet jack familiarity, and ability to operate shipping systems. You will prepare packing slips, maintain shipping logs, and coordinate with the Shipping Manager to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read and interpret shipping instructions and keep accurate logs.
• Experience with mail house and barcode systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, weigh and label shipments.
• Attach packing slips and shipping documents.
• Maintain shipping logs and prepare reports for the Shipping Manager.
• Process outgoing shipments in shipping systems.
• Coordinate with Shipping Manager on requirements and timelines.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack as needed.
