Job summary

O’Neil Digital Solutions is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Expeditor for the 2nd shift to support packaging, weighing, labeling, and mailing of printed materials. The role includes image scanning, record-keeping, and coordinating with the Shipping Manager to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include processing shipments via FedEx/UPS, maintaining packing slips, and performing routine quality checks. Proficiency with mail software and forklift operation is a plus in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret operation instructions.
• Experience with mail systems and shipping software is a plus.
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
• Experience with forklift/equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assembles items and cartons for each addressee as instructed.
• Attaches shipping labels and instructions to packages.
• Maintains shipping logs and reports.
• Processes outgoing shipments in shipping systems.
• Communicates with Shipping Manager about needs and requirements.
• Prepares packing slips and ensures accuracy.
• Performs quality checks on print/mail files and shipments.
• Operates pallet jacks and forklift as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
