Job summary

Liberty Diversified International in Rock Island, IL, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator I. The role supports ship/receive operations, plans shipments based on availability, tracks orders, and prepares shipping documents. It reports to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor at our Rock Island manufacturing facility.

The starting pay range is $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Benefit packages include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with matching, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in production shipping/receiving or similar.
• Experience using MS Office for writing, spreadsheets, and simple formulas.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop load plans with supervisor for local and out-of-state transport.
• Coordinate deliveries and align with production and customer service.
• Provide guidance to shipping/receiving team for efficient loading.
• Prepare shipment documents and load sheets, bills of lading.
• Conduct cycle counts and provide inventory reports.
