Job summary

Liberty Diversified International, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager in Rock Island, IL to lead the warehouse team and optimize space while ensuring safe, accurate receiving and shipping of goods.

The role reports to the General Manager at Liberty Packaging in Rock Island, Illinois. The position requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), at least five years in a supervisory manufacturing role, and strong leadership with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a supervisory/management role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse processes with safety and environmental compliance.
• Coach and develop warehouse team; uphold core values and programs.
• Monitor and forecast inventory to meet mill needs and maintain accuracy.
• Ensure outbound shipping SOPs protect finished goods quality.
• Oversee inbound receiving SOPs to safeguard raw materials quality.
• Coordinate admin tasks like scheduling, payroll review, and budgeting.
• Guide team with clear direction aligned to company goals.
