Liberty Diversified International is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager at our Rock Island, Illinois location. You will lead a warehouse team to receive, store, and ship quality finished goods in a timely and accurate manner while ensuring inventory is accurately accounted for.

You will report to the General Manager and drive adherence to safety, quality, and company values with hands-on leadership and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor's degree in production management or business preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead warehouse processes and procedures in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Inspire, lead, coach, and foster accountability for core values, processes, and programs.
• Manage inventory management processes to meet mills' needs; monitor, audit, and forecast inventory.
• Safeguard finished goods quality by executing outbound SOPs for Paper Machines and Coater Machine.
• Safeguard raw material quality by executing inbound SOPs and seeking improvements.
• Handle administrative tasks like team scheduling, payroll review, and annual budgeting.
• Maintain warehouse conditions via housekeeping audits, layout reviews, and repairs.
• Supervise warehouse staff, conduct performance reviews, training, and clear communication.
• Provide guidance to team members aligned with organizational goals.
