Itape is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to oversee inbound and outbound shipments within a manufacturing facility. You will ensure accurate receipt, inspection, storage, and documentation while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production schedules.

Work closely with production, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and shipping regulations (DOT, IATA) is beneficial.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment including forklifts.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping documentation: bills of lading, packing lists, labels, invoices, and carrier paperwork.
• Schedule freight pickups with approved carriers and vendors.
• Track shipments and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies and freight claims.
• Receive materials and verify quantities against orders and packing docs.
• Enter shipping and receiving transactions into the ERP/WMS system.
• Organize storage and rotation of materials to support efficiency.
• Monitor inventory accuracy with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Operate forklifts and RF scanners safely.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Customer Service.
