Qualifications

• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling (DOT/IATA) beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Inspect deliveries for damage and verify against packing lists.
• Prepare shipping documents including labels and bills of lading.
• Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Organize warehouse space to optimize storage and reduce damage.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations (federal, state, company).
• Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and vendors.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reporting.
• Related tasks as requested by supervisor/manager.
