Aerotek in Bellevue, NE is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a contract to hire role on the 1st shift. The position offers a stable daytime schedule with overtime opportunities, a non-climate-controlled warehouse, and frequent sit-down forklift operation.

You will receive, verify, and process shipments, manage inventory records in Microsoft tools, perform cycle counts, and coordinate daily shipping activities to keep orders moving on time.

Qualificações

• Shipping & receiving experience required.
• Strong inventory control and tracking skills.
• 3+ years of sit-down forklift experience required.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Familiarity with warehouse logistics and shipping processes.
• Comfortable using Microsoft software for inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse processes.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage outgoing orders.
• Load, unload, move, and store materials using a sit-down forklift.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records using Microsoft programs.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate daily shipping activities to keep orders moving on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Work with team members to resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory issues.
