Aerotek is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a permanent onsite role in Hanover, MD. The position involves operating forklifts and warehouse equipment, picking and staging orders, and ensuring accurate inventory movement.

You will use RF and barcode scanners and Oracle EBS to transact inventory, inspect materials for quality, and perform cycle counts to support accuracy and compliance. The role requires reliability for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Formación

• 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, order pickers, turret/reach trucks).
• Experience with Oracle EBS or similar WMS.
• Proficiency with RF and barcode scanning devices.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Operate warehouse equipment to move materials and finished goods.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare production orders.
• Follow pallet selection, labeling, and special handling processes.
• Perform inventory transactions using RF/barcode scanners and WMS.
• Inspect products for quality issues and report discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits and reconciliation.
