Job summary

Envision Cold is opening a new cold storage facility in Boaz, AL. Our first wave of onboarding begins October 12, 2026. The facility operates Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

As a you will represent Envision Cold to our drivers, customers and staff. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, you will aid in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries, addressing any shipping or receiving issues, and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

Shipping and receiving experience required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Proficient with WMS, Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

Verify shipping and receiving information; prepare documents and freight bills.
Ensure outgoing orders are prepared for shipping, including packing and labeling.
Provide customers with tracking information and shipping updates.
Sign drivers in and out.
Direct carriers to dock doors and update the system.
Record received items in the warehouse management system (WMS).
Communicate with carriers to improve shipping efficiency.
Provide regular inventory/shipment reports to management.
Organize workload and meet tight deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
