Job summary

Envision Cold in Boaz, AL, is opening a new cold storage facility and seeks first- and second-shift Warehouse Operators. onboarding begins Oct 12, 2026. The facility operates Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–10:00 PM, and Saturdays 6:00 AM–11:00 AM.

You will operate forklifts in a cooled environment to move goods safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, equipment inspections, inventory tasks, and collaboration with the team while following safety protocols in a cold setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months forklift experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Maintain a valid forklift operator certification.
• Good attendance record and work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a cold storage facility.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report issues to leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
