Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to act as the main point of contact for drivers at the Welcome Center and Shipping/Receiving Office. You will verify shipments, maintain schedules, and coordinate yard and dock activities to ensure accurate documentation and smooth operations.

This on-site role requires 1–2 years of experience, proficiency with MS Office, and a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic math, reading, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and sign drivers in and out, verifying paperwork.
• Assign dock doors and coordinate with yard teams.
• Process Bills of Lading and maintain records.
• Provide responsive customer service and communicate scheduling changes.
• Participate in compliance training and maintain safe work practices.
