CJ Logistics America is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Greensboro, NC. You will verify shipments, sign drivers in/out, and manage dock assignments, bills of lading, and records.

This role blends office work with warehouse coordination to support accurate, timely logistics operations. Responsibilities include updating schedules, reconciling inbound shipments, and delivering strong customer service to drivers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word/Excel/PP).
• Strong math, reading and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and sign drivers in/out, verify paperwork.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound loads; coordinate with yard/warehouse.
• Process Bills of Lading and shipping docs; maintain records.
• Maintain real-time door and yard reports for trailer inventory.
• Update shipment schedules using warehouse systems; coordinate yard movements.
• Communicate issues promptly to management, drivers, and teams.
