Reser's Fine Foods seeks a Receiving Clerk to verify and maintain records for shipments to and from production at our facility. You will handle DRP outbound, pull slips, and carton labels, and bill outbound DRP’s as needed.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, strong English literacy, and basic clerical and customer service knowledge. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; overtime may be required to meet production demands.

Formación

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to speak, listen, use critical thinking skills and read to understand.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and inventories products shipped to the warehouse by common carriers.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Maintains office files including load sheets and all office logs.
• Communicates with supervisors, peers and subordinates' discrepancies of inventory.
• Pulls sample request for Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Research and Development as a back-up for the Receiving Clerk II.
