Job summary

Milsco is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for the Redgranite, WI location. You will receive incoming raw materials, verify against records, inspect materials, and prepare orders for shipment on schedule.

You will coordinate with carriers, manage inventory with company software, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, and Accounting to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years experience with shipping and receiving preferred.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials, components, and supplies; verify accuracy against shipping and order records and inspect the condition of materials as needed.
• Ensure orders are accurately packed and ready for shipment at the scheduled date and time.
• Coordinate with shipping and freight companies to schedule pickups and confirm deliveries.
• Utilize company software to enter and manage inventory of incoming and outgoing materials, supplies, and products.
• Perform periodic cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and update inventory records as needed.
• Work with Manufacturing, Sales, Accounting, and other departments to address issues, shortages, and complaints.
• Perform other duties and tasks as needed.
