Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks for a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will handle shipping/receiving procedures, ensure paperwork accuracy, and interact with warehouse personnel and carriers using WMS systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years of office experience, 1 year of shipping/receiving and customer service experience, plus strong MS Office skills. The role offers growth opportunities, benefits, and a weekend shift with 36 hours paid as

Qualifications

2 years of general office experience
1 year of shipping/receiving experience preferred
1 year of customer service experience required
Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
Blue Yonder experience preferred

Responsibilities

Processing inbound loads and allocating outbound waves within the WMS
Office and administrative duties including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
Reporting and maintaining files; customer service interaction and pallet tracking resolution
Assist with inbound and outbound shipments on the warehouse floor
Support daily and weekly reports and warehouse metrics
