Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks to join our warehouse team. You will handle inbound and outbound shipments, ensure accurate paperwork, and support daily logistics operations.

The role requires solid office skills, effective communication, and the ability to work a Friday–Sunday schedule (6:00 AM–6:30 PM). Employment includes benefits and opportunities for growth within Penske.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Blue Yonder experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound loads and allocate outbound waves within the WMS.
• Handle various office duties including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reporting.
• Maintain files and provide customer service interactions; resolve pallet tracking issues.
• Assist safety, coordination with warehouse staff, and daily/weekly reporting.
• Support with daily tasks and align with Supervisors to meet warehouse metrics.
