Penske Logistics LLC in Marion, OH is seeking a Big Board Operator/Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join an excellent team in a warehouse environment. The role supports the full team and works with Operations Supervisors to meet customer service and productivity expectations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, with preference for customer service, WMS, and Smartsheet experience. Safety and attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of shipping/receiving experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Strong computer and mathematical skills required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsabilités

• Processing Inbound and Outbound shipments in the warehouse
• Control the flow of work to meet departure and receiving times
• Resolve discrepancies with inventory as well as Inbound/Outbound shipments
• Interact with warehouse associates and trouble shoot issues
• Assist with daily and weekly reports
• Jointly work with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics
• Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
• Other projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor
